Our approach begins with the whole person.
Housing alone cannot address every challenge of aging. Health care alone cannot create belonging. And independence means more when seniors remain connected to family, culture, friendship and community.
De Shan is being created to bring these elements together.
Our planned community will integrate senior residences, long-term care, geriatric health services, wellness, recreation, research and education within one connected environment.

As people live longer, communities must think differently about aging.
Some seniors remain highly independent. Others gradually need additional support. Some live alone or face financial barriers. Others manage complex medical or cognitive conditions.
Our goal is to create a community capable of responding to those changing needs while preserving what matters most: dignity, choice, connection and quality of life.
